We lived the problem before we built the solution

RevBrain was born inside a RevOps agency. We watched the same pattern play out at every agency we worked with: the founder's expertise was simultaneously the most valuable asset and the primary bottleneck. Every task scope, every architectural question, every strategic recommendation flowed through one person.

We built a local prototype — a cobbled-together AI system that could answer client questions using CRM data, call transcripts, and internal docs. It worked. The team stopped asking the founder repetitive questions. Juniors started executing tasks they couldn't have touched before. Account managers walked into calls with context they used to spend 45 minutes assembling.

RevBrain is that prototype, rebuilt from the ground up as a multi-tenant platform. Not a generic AI assistant plugged into a CRM — a purpose-built intelligence layer that encodes proven RevOps frameworks and delivers proactive, context-rich intelligence to every person in the agency.

Jay Filiatrault

Jay Filiatrault

Co-Founder & CEO

15+ years building and scaling GTM operations across the B2B SaaS ecosystem. Jay founded GTM Ops, a revenue operations agency where he built the original AI prototype that became RevBrain — driving 300% SDR efficiency gains and 4x meeting output for clients using intent-based systems.

Previously Head of Growth at Chameleon, where he led user adoption strategy and managed a cross-functional growth team. Earlier roles span Director of Customer Success at LANDR Audio, revenue leadership at Keatext and Lexalytics, and Sales Operations at XpertSea — a decade-plus arc across the Montreal B2B SaaS ecosystem.

Jay holds certifications in HubSpot CRM Migration and Implementation, completed Reforge's Advanced Growth Strategy program, and served on advisory boards for Apollo.io and Customer.io. Active in RevOps Co-op, RevGenius, and the HubSpot partner community.

Also founder of Galvantis, a holding company for agentic GTM systems. His thesis: "The companies that figure out how to compound AI agents, automation, and distribution into their operating model are going to win disproportionately."

Co-Founder & CTO

Full-stack developer and data scientist building RevBrain's technical foundation. Carlo brings a rare combination of engineering depth and business acumen — having founded and scaled his own digital strategy agency where he averaged 30% online revenue growth across clients and grew one subscription business from MX$15K to MX$75K/month within 36 months.

His technical stack spans the full product surface: React and Node.js for the web platform, Python for data pipelines and ML, and Google Cloud for infrastructure. He's shipped 35+ projects including ETL pipelines, machine learning models, and production web applications.

Before RevBrain, Carlo led the international launch strategy for Kiko Mezcal — mapping regulatory and distributor pipelines across 7 export markets and launching the brand in 12 countries within 9 months. He's also managed a A$750K budget and 30-person team as VP at Monash University's student union.

Trilingual (English, Spanish, Italian) with an international background spanning the US, Mexico, and Italy — bringing a cross-cultural perspective to a product built for globally distributed agency teams.
